  1. Snd2wav is a program to convert DeskMate .snd to RIFF WAVE so that sounds
  2. edited with the DeskMate Sound.pdm sound editor can be exchanged with users
  3. of non-Tandy machines.  See Snd2wav.doc for details.

  5. Use Turbo Pascal version 5 (or later) to make the program.  Start up TP5,
  6. load Snd2wav.pas into the edit buffer, pull down the Compile menu, select
  7. "Compile to Disk," and "Compile."
